• Fixed false 429 RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED / "quota exhausted" errors on every account when using recent Claude Code versions, even with quota available. Claude Code now adds an x-anthropic-billing-header line to the system prompt, which Google's Cloud Code API rejects; the proxy now strips it (#375)
