- Quota-aware hybrid account selection: The hybrid strategy now considers account quota levels when selecting accounts, preventing any single account from being drained to 0% before switching (#173)
- Accounts with critically low quota (<5%) are excluded from selection
- Quota is factored into account scoring formula
- Graceful fallback when all accounts have low quota
