- Fix "Max retries exceeded" error - Accounts that don't have a managed project are now automatically onboarded. This fixes the stream failure error reported in #123.
Details
When loadCodeAssist returns no project (common for first-time users or Google One AI Pro accounts), the proxy now calls the onboardUser API to provision a managed project automatically instead of failing with max retries.
