Plannotator Inbox
A checklist for each thread
An agent can keep a short checklist of its steps in a thread. The thread's foot shows a pie and a count such as "3/6", and opens the list with what is done, what is in progress, and "Waiting on you ›", which takes you to the agent's open question. Board cards show the same checklist, and Tidy lists a thread whose step has not moved in 2 hours or whose agent has ended. Turn it on in Settings → Capabilities → Checklist. #2565, #2567, #2571, #2572
The Board and the Checklist introduce themselves
Behavior change: if you have used the Inbox for a few days and never turned the Board or the Checklist on or off, a one-time dialog shows it to you and turns it on. You can turn either off again in Settings. The dialogs come at a quiet moment, at least two days apart, and never to a guest on your tailnet. #2569, #2583
See who gets your reply
When a thread has more than one agent, a pill under the reply box names the agent your reply goes to. Tap it to pick another agent or add a second one. The Reply arrow on a message points the pill at that agent, and "Reply to X in Z" above the box is gone. #2557
Full screen folds into one corner button
In full screen, the toolbar, the reply card and the other floating tools now fold into one small button in the bottom-right corner, and one press brings them back. The button still shows a waiting draft, the comment count and the "changed" dot. #2575
Inbox replies reach Claude in T3 Code
A reply to Claude running in a T3 Code thread now arrives in that thread as a new turn. Run plannotator t3 to set it up. Built on @hydn-n's work in #2532. #2563

- Snoozing the thread you have open moves its row out of the list right away. Undo puts it back in the same place. #2574

Plannotator
Name the tab with --title
plannotator annotate, annotate-last and review take --title <text>, which sets the browser tab's title. Annotate also shows it in the header. Agents can use it to tell apart reviews of files with the same name. By @BenNewman100, closing #2289. #2537
Share over your tailnet by default
Set PLANNOTATOR_TAILSCALE=1, or "tailscale": true in config.json, and code review, annotate and last sessions open over your tailnet without --tailscale on each call. PLANNOTATOR_TAILSCALE=0 turns it off for one run. By @disintegrator. #2533
DeepSeek Harness: commands and the plannotator tool
DeepSeek Harness gets /plannotator-review, /plannotator-annotate and /plannotator-last. The plannotator tool is there too, off by default; set PLANNOTATOR_AGENT_TOOL to turn it on. #2556
