Dictate your replies, combine and rename projects, and mark a thread unread in the Inbox. 23 PRs.

Plannotator Inbox

Voice dictation

Press the mic to record, or hold it and let go, and your words land in the box. Nothing sends until you press Send. It works with the ChatGPT login in Codex or your own API key. It's off until you turn it on in Settings → Voice.

Codex users signed in with ChatGPT see a one-time dialog that offers it.

Combine and rename projects

Combine projects that are really one, so their threads sit together, and undo it at any time. Nothing moves on disk. Tidy suggests projects to combine, and an agent can do it for you with plannotator inbox projects, combine and undo. You can also give a project a new name.

Put a thread back as unread when you want to come back to it.

Install / Update

macOS / Linux:

Windows:

Claude Code Plugin: The plugin and the plannotator binary update separately, so run the install script above as well. In a terminal:

claude plugin marketplace update plannotator
claude plugin update plannotator@plannotator

Then restart Claude Code. Inside Claude Code, run /plugin marketplace update plannotator, then open /plugin → Installed → plannotator → Update now.

Pi:

pi update npm:@plannotator/pi-extension

OpenCode: Re-run the install script above. It also clears the OpenCode 2 plugin cache.
