What's New in v0.28.38

Plannotator Inbox
Attach files to a reply
The reply box has a paperclip for files of any type. You can also drop files on the reply box, or anywhere on the thread to open the reply with them. A saved draft keeps only its words, not its files.
Swipe through a question's picture choices
In full screen, a question's picture choices are a set of their own, in order from A to the last choice. A caption names each choice, with a dot per choice. On a phone the picture follows your finger, and a swipe down closes it.
Easier-to-read list rows
The subject is on the second line, with the agents, the ⚠ badge and the open question count at its right end. In a wide list these sit in columns that line up down the list.

Plannotator
See the code on hover in Call Flow and Semantic Changes
In code review, hover or focus a step's file:line in Call Flow, or a row in Semantic Changes, and a window shows that code as it is in the review. Deleted code shows from the old file. The same window in plan review and annotate no longer runs off the right edge of the screen. By @dmmulroy.
