FIXED: [PLM] Could not create parents in a net new install
A bug was introduced in v2026.09.12.1244 that made it impossible to create parent stations in net new installs. This has been corrected, and the offending record will be removed in those installations and any existing installation that might have it. To support this, a new function was created that can be used to remove rows of data by checking to make sure they match a chosen pattern. This may be useful for other future considerations, but for now is just being used to correct this error.
Thanks to @kineticman for the initial bug report, testing, and suggested fix. This closes #112.
NEW: [PLM] Use 'tvg-shift' tag in playlists to move guide data
The 'tvg-shift' tag in a m3u playlist can be used to adjust provided guide data to be corrected for a particular situation. A use case is with the pacific feed of Turner Classic Movies [TCM]. This station does not have its own unique Gracenote ID, but instead uses the east coast one where the time needs to be shifted '+3' hours. Now in PLM, you can load the 'tvg-shift' tag from a source and it is treated like all other fields, and you can override it at the parent level. Either way, you will get the expected result in server programs like Channels DVR that accept this tag and will move the guide data appropriately.

MODIFIED: [PLM/MTM] Limit notifications on updated stations
When updating the station list, PLM/MTM is set up to notify you when any base tag data changes. In the past, there was one exception in relation to the stand-alone Plex Docker where it had a token value in the URL that was updating on a regular basis. Now, the exception rule has been generalized and expanded, especially because of how FastChannels updates certain fields on a regular basis. As such, modifications to the logo and channel number are no longer considered worth mentioning, and therefore are excluded from notifications.
This closes out #116, but leaves open the ability to do something similar in the future with other fields or files that sends notifications.
FIXED: [SLM/MTM] Video file names included the published timeline in inappropriate places, causing issues
In v2026.07.28.1543, an update to video functionality added additional detail seen in the field that contains the video channel name, namely the published timeline. This caused some downstream issues in two places. First, when bookmarking a video, the name of the file then included the published timeline. Next, that value could not be matched against the video channel name used in Feed Maps. Both issues are now resolved; bookmarked videos now do not have the published timeline and Feed Maps work as they did before. Users do not need to take any actions unless they want to manually remove the published timelines from the file name, but there is no issue if they remain.
This resolves #115.
