MODIFIED: [PLM] Inactive and Unable to Reach Source Playlists

When you check to update the child station lists, there are now a few changes. First, if a source playlist is unreachable for any reason, the child stations will be maintained and you will receive a warning notification. Similarly, if you make a source playlist inactive, PLM will no longer attempt to retrieve the m3u and instead will skip over it. Nevertheless, just the same as with an unreachable playlist, the child stations are maintained (although are not visible) and a notification will be given.

There was also some minor cosmetic cleanups in notifications related to this process. All together, this resolves #101.

FIXED: [MTM] Sometimes unable to run 'Channels DVR: Movies / Shows / Video Groups by...' reports

The 'Channels DVR: Movies / Shows / Video Groups by...' reports would sometimes error out and say something like the server is overloaded. The actual problem was that in-progress recordings had an invalid value in the 'file size' field. Now, if anything other than a number is detected, it is replaced with zero, making this issue disappear. This resolved #100.

FIXED: [SLM/PLM] In Docker, YouTube videos and live streams could cause issues in the log and not render the best format

Specifically in Docker, when playing a YouTube video or live stream, the logs would display issues such as 'Error solving n challenge request using "node" provider: Error running node process (returncode: 1)'. Although it still returned a video/video stream, it was one of the backup methods and not the top way. The core reason seemed to be related to the Node.js version, so it has now been locked to v24.13.0 to match the Windows version. Additionally, the video sub-tool has been bumped to the bleeding edge to avoid any other concerns. Taken together, this has resolved #99.
