FIXED: [SLM] Previously bookmarked items could get trapped in the Feed. This resolves #95.

FIXED: [SLM] Bookmarking upcoming videos could result in a 500 error. This resolves #96.

MODIFIED: [PLM] More potential and robust ways to check for DRM in streams when checking stations.

MODIFIED: [GEN] Bumped versions of sub-processes, most especially to resolve any issues with video streams

NEW: [MTM] Can now export the results of Reports to outside tools like Excel.

This is a partial implementation of #98. More work will be done on formatting and in other areas with similar tables.
