MODIFIED: [SLM/PLM] Various 'Video Stream' updates
Streaming videos from the web has been updated in several ways including:
- Ability to impersonate a browser for some websites like 'Daily Motion' that might need it.
- Requirement for the usage of
curl_cffito support the above item. - Bumping of version tools for base video streaming functionality.
This contributes to, but does not close #52.
FIXED: [GEN] 'Upgrade Available' link and directions
The 'Upgrade Available' link has been modified so it no longer goes to a page that doesn't exist. Actually, it has been changed to the upgrade landing page on the Wiki. Additionally, the Docker upgrade directions have been modified to include links to generic instructions for new Docker users. This closes #94.
