MODIFIED: [PLM] Summary Chart for "Disabled" station status

You can now see disabled station counts and percentages in the summary chart on the 'Final Playlists' page:

The counts and percentages for the other fields have also been modified to take this data into account. In other words, "Disabled" is an overriding condition, even if the station is anything else (including "Unassigned"). Further, if you are not using 'Check Station Status', then the bar for "Disabled" will not be visible:

This resolves #61.

The 'Assigned' and 'Unassigned' station pages now include 'Station Status', which can be filtered on:

NEW: [MTM] Report for 'Channels DVR: Movies / Shows / Video Groups by Average Size per Duration' and 'Duration' sorting fix

A new report called 'Channels DVR: Movies / Shows / Video Groups by Average Size per Duration' has been created:

Here you can see the number of GB per hour of content. As before, Duration is only as good as the data provided by Channels DVR, which means this is not the best measurement when dealing with Stream Links/Files.

Additionally, this same column has been added to all the other 'Channels DVR: Movies / Shows / Video Groups by...' reports.

Also, "Duration" sorting was incorrect in the report that went by that. It is now working as expected.
