FIXED: [SLM] Importing of metadata (and particularly labels) from Channels DVR could corrupt the labels and/or bookmarks files if they were empty or resulted in empty data sets, yielding errors and inability to run certain functions.

Please note, if this corruption has happened to you, you can resolve it by either deleting the affected program files or making sure they have their header rows...

• StreamLinkManager_Labels.csv: label_id,label_active,label_name,label_description
• StreamLinkManager_LabelMaps.csv: label_id,entry_id
• StreamLinkManager_Bookmarks.csv: entry_id,title,release_year,object_type,url,country_code,language_code,bookmark_action,channels_id

... and then restarting the program.
