FIXED: [GEN] While using Chromium (i.e., Chrome, Edge) or Webkit (i.e., Safari) based browsers, users could scroll past the edge of the webpage content. This is no longer possible and resolves #41.

MODIFIED: [GEN] Almost all headers that contain names for columns are now floating so that users can see the names as they scroll down.

MODIFIED: [GEN] Many minor formatting updates throughout the entire program to improve quality of life.
