FIX: [GEN] Text was not visible in dropdown boxes in dark mode. This resolves #44.

MODIFIED: [MTM] Gracenote Search had to be adjusted due to the sudden demise of zap2it. Using a replacement Gracenote search engine that seems to be stable for now, but will have to monitor in case it, too, disappears.
