v0.46.1
v0.46.1 adds a memory-temperature input and an LN2 boost preset, improves compatibility with older NVIDIA interfaces, and refines the curve editor, monitoring and window rendering.
Tuning
- Added thermal channel 2 for a fixed memory-temperature input, including profiles, Reset and command-line support.
- Added LN2 boost preset: stages channel 1 at +5 °C, channel 3 at 0 °C, channel 4 at −20 °C and channel 5 at Default. Channel 2 stays unchanged.
- Thermal inputs now show highlighted Apply when changes are pending and Reset all otherwise.
- Retained thermal Apply/Reset on recognized older interfaces that omit temperature readback.
- Improved Voltage Boost compatibility with GeForce GPUs preceding the RTX 50 series.
V/F curve editor
- Flattening a curve keeps the current graph scale instead of automatically shrinking the axes.
- Opening the editor no longer selects the first point automatically.
- Live crosshairs and the readout start hidden. Show live enables them and remembers that choice until the app closes.
- Fixed unnecessary dashboard repainting when opening the editor.
Monitoring and compatibility
- Moved periodic GPU clock-range reads and reconnect probes off the interface thread, with retry backoff for repeated NVML failures.
- Improved fault and lost-adapter handling while preserving pending edits and retained clock ownership.
- Added recognition of older boost-limit telemetry layout.
- Removed the manual Pause polling button. Automatic hidden-window monitoring preferences and internal write/reconnect suspension remain.
Interface and profiles
- Fixed white flashes when opening or restoring the dashboard and tool windows.
- Fixed briefly blank dashboard controls while Reset app preferences restores the layout and theme.
- Reduced flashing during Apply and unnecessary updates to unrelated controls while editing targets.
- Kept the bottom status/action bar at a fixed height.
- Added 5% interface-size steps and kept Settings feedback on the relevant tab.
- Made long header profile lists scrollable while keeping Manage profiles reachable.
- Kept Boost lock visible at narrow window widths.
- Limited section collapse/expand clicks to the leading −/+ control and preserved the scroll position when sections change.
- Balanced Tuning Overview's two columns and grouped each rail's VMIN / REL / ALT/OP / OV offsets.
Command line
- Added direct thermal input options for channels 1–5, accepting a signed temperature or
default. - Improved command-line status information, GPU selection and help.
