Reworked the Climate Controls' implementation.

Now depending on the supported modes, you'll either have the "mode" option or both the "mode" and the "preset" options.

You should be able to configure everything using these 2 modes (prefer the "preset" option if it's available).



Reworked the command sending logic to support more commands being sent. This might fix some issues with commands that report a failed sending.
