Stabilize device interface after init

Prevent device DPCodes from being altered after the initialization of the device.

This fixes issues where the platform would change the DPCode of a device that is already being used by another platform

Side effect is that some entities might not be shown by default anymore, if this is the case you'll have to manually reactivate them once after this update in the device page (show hidden entities, then activate the ones you need)
