• Require a Tuya OpenAPI account configured in to handle generic entities (otherwise they'll appear as read-only and once you put the Cloud credential you'll get a ton of entities unavailable because they have been replaced by the correct read-write ones)
  
• Added detection to warn you if you have IR devices and your OpenAPI account is not set up properly
