Two New Themes, Toolbar Legibility and Quota Polish

A UI polish patch on top of v3.8.0: two new application themes, a toolbar contrast fix, a form-header width tweak, and the manual storage-quota auto-scan fix.

Added

• Ice theme: a light icy white-blue palette for a calm, frosted look. Wired through the full theme system (CSS palette, theme cycle and toggle, Monaco editor, xterm.js terminal, Settings selector, Activity Log, icon-theme defaults).
• Red Lava theme: a brilliant crimson red on near-black. The titlebar and status bar render as glowing-red chrome (the status bar a touch darker than the titlebar for depth) while panels and cards stay dark; every titlebar icon is forced to white for contrast. The total number of themes goes from six to eight.
• Theme name and description translated across all 47 languages.

Fixed

• AeroVault and AeroCrypt toolbar buttons: now inherit the same bright foreground as the Sync and Refresh buttons instead of a dimmed grey, so they are clearly legible in their inactive state.
• Manual storage-quota auto-scan: now runs on connect for profiles that opted in, even when only a manual total is present or a WebDAV/SFTP backend returns a partial quota; saved-server cards reflect an updated quota immediately without a manual reload.

Changed

• Provider form header subtitle: given more width so longer one-line descriptions (for example Backblaze B2) no longer wrap unnecessarily.
