Sigstore v0.3 Bundle Verification Fix

Fixed

• Sigstore updater fallback: The v3.2.1 fix for Sigstore bundle v0.3 format was incomplete. The actual error message from the sigstore crate is "unknown bundle profile application/vnd.dev.sigstore.bundle.v0.3+json" which was not matched by the previous fallback pattern. Auto-update from v3.2.1 was blocked by this error. Now correctly falls back to SHA-256 integrity verification when the bundle format is unrecognized.
