Sigstore v0.3 Bundle Format + Dependency Fix

Hotfix release for update signature verification compatibility.

Fixed

• Sigstore bundle v0.3: Update verifier now handles the newer Sigstore bundle format (v0.3) used by latest cosign releases, with automatic graceful fallback to v0.1 format
• @types/dompurify: Fixed TypeScript type definition version conflict
