GitHub Batch Operations, CLI Dedup & Installer Polish

GitHub multi-file atomic commits via GraphQL, unpushed local commit detection with push-first workflow, 2 new CLI commands (about, dedupe), bandwidth scheduling, rename tracking in sync, and WiX installer image fix.

Added

• GitHub batch upload: Multi-file upload creates a single atomic commit via GraphQL createCommitOnBranch — no more 1-commit-per-file pollution. Binary file support with base64 encoding, 50 MB batch limit
• GitHub batch delete: Atomic multi-file deletion in a single commit via GraphQL
• GitHub pre-push detection: Detects unpushed local commits before API upload — warns with push-first/continue/cancel dialog to prevent merge conflicts and skipped local changes
• GitHub git push from app: "Push First" button in warning dialog runs git push on the local repo before proceeding with API upload
• CLI about command: Show server info, account details, and storage quota (aeroftp-cli about sftp://host)
• CLI dedupe command: Find duplicate files by content hash with interactive/dry-run resolution modes
• CLI --bwlimit schedule: Time-based bandwidth limiting with schedule syntax (e.g., --bwlimit "08:00,512k 12:00,10M 18:00,off")
• CLI --track-renames sync: Detect renamed files by hash to avoid unnecessary re-upload during sync
• Server duplicate button: One-click server profile duplication in Settings with auto-renamed copy

Fixed

• WiX installer dialog image: Replaced dark background BMP with proper light-themed image — installer text now readable on Windows MSI wizard
• ProvidersDialog layout: Refactored from 3-tab to unified single-table view with compact column labels (Share, Versions, Collab.)

Changed

• CLI from 18 to 20 commands: Added about, dedupe
• Screenshots updated: 5 new screenshots (connection protocols, multi-tab, settings themes, sync queue, AeroAgent devtools)
• 5 i18n keys: GitHub sync warning + server duplicate translated in all 47 languages
