New 2.0 version!

This is a 80% rewrite of the app code in an attempt to improve loading times, memory usage and stability. This is still a beta version so some things may be broken.

New features:

• Anime/Manga list tabs!
• New ranking types: Upcoming and Favorite.
• New search UI.
• New "more" section.
• Removed In-App purchases.
• Dropped support for Android 5.0 devices.
