New 2.0 version!

This is a 80% rewrite of the app code in an attempt to improve loading times, memory usage and stability.

New features:

• Anime/Manga list tabs!
• New ranking types: Upcoming and Favorite.
• New "Calendar" section
• New search UI.
• New "more" section.
• Removed In-App purchases.
• Dropped support for Android 5.0 devices.

Note: no new changes since v2.0.0-beta03, I think it is stable enough so I released to production.
Note 2: I don't know when I will be able to release a new version, I am very busy lately
