- fix(settings): "approve, and turn plan approval off" keeps your setting at every question, not only at a stage gate (#3196)
- fix(settings): a setting you ask for in your answer to the plan question is recorded as yours (#3200)
- fix(summary): your reply to a summary the agent showed before recording its question confirms it the first time (#3199)
- fix(code-generation): a Code Generation run on its own, and a build a teammate picks up in a clone, are told the files you had before it started (#3198)
