AI-DLC 2.10.0 rolls up the user-visible changes merged since 2.9.0, including conversation-aware AIDA review workflows, stronger human authority and recovery across Construction, multi-harness project coexistence, and reliability corrections across providers, worktrees, hooks, sensors, and stage routing. Upgrade: run aidlc update, then run aidlc config --yes in each project to refresh its harness runtime. Manual-copy users must replace the complete runtime/<harness>/ tree from aidlc-copy-runtime-2.10.0.tar.gz.

- Construction review now occurs at verified Unit and batch checkpoints. Human-held gates and agent execution boundaries are enforced more consistently, while recovery messages identify an executable next step across workflow states.
- Multiple non-colliding harnesses can coexist in one project. Shared onboarding separates harness-neutral guidance from native setup, and configuration keeps the current provider unless Amazon Bedrock is explicitly selected.
- Bolt branches, refs, and worktrees are scoped by intent; parked attempts restore byte-exactly; Construction and CodeKB resolve the correct project identity from linked Git worktrees.
- Hooks and stage tooling correct native dispatch, Kiro IDE delegation and Windows path handling, reviewer-dispatch accounting, summary-question discovery, gate reply parsing, claim-source matching, and persisted scope composition.

--initand--forceflags are consumed instead of becoming intent text, unknown intent-create positionals are rejected, and common refusal paths now name accepted values or a concrete recovery action. - Stable release publication no longer requires a separate successful Full Suite evidence artifact for the tagged commit. Tag/source validation, deterministic packaging, static checks, native smoke coverage, cross-platform builds, lifecycle installation tests, checksums, provenance attestation, and release-candidate verification remain required.
