Update SPIRE Version to v1.0.0 by @EdwardXF in #842
This introduces changed behaviors and deprecated fields. Make sure you have fully researched the new version before upgrade.
If you have SPIRE charts installed and try to upgrade without uninstalling:
- SPIRE server must be upgraded before SPIRE agent
- ONLY upgrade one minor version at a time (upgrading from 0.12.x to 1.0.x is OK)
(e.g. 1.1.x to 1.2.x)
