S3 Transfer Manager

  • S3TransferManager#resumeDownloadFile now restarts a part-scoped download (a GetObjectRequest with partNumber set) from the beginning of the part, instead of sending a Range with partNumber, which S3 rejected with 400 InvalidRequest.
