Fixed:
- The plugin could not be activated on some sites and failed with a fatal error when its stored activation dates were saved in an unexpected format.
- A database error was logged and the Dashboard widget's email error alert never appeared on sites whose MySQL server treats double quotes as identifiers (ANSI_QUOTES mode).
- Queued emails stopped being sent, with no notice, when Action Scheduler reported its setup as incomplete.
- The Setup Wizard's test email did not send while the "Do Not Send" option was enabled.
- PHP deprecation notices were logged when exporting email logs to CSV on PHP 8.4 and newer.
- Hardened permission checks and request handling across several admin features to address potential security issues.
