Dispmanx excluded from the build as I think it has issues with some Rpi setups.
Fix for cmake config when build with github Docker images as it disabled optimization for Rpi 3/4 systems.
Build for newer Raspbian Buster. It's a complete migration from older Raspbian Stretch. New issues may occur. If not sure use previous v8.2.0.8A. The package name has changed in this release.
Default hostname for SD images is HyperHDR so connect to http://hyperhdr:8090/
SSH is enabled on default. Default LUT table is already included in SD card image!

If you've got LUT table generated from the previous release you must generate new one.
As from now YUV decoding is handled by the LUT table so please generate that file for YUV decoding even if you don't use HDR. In other case HyperHDR will generate internal LUT table for the YUV translation but it'll take some time. Please check the log (set it to the DEBUG level and restart) to see the LUT file status.
