Fixed

• macOS release binaries run on macOS 13 and later again. Releases built on the
  macos-latest runner required macOS 26, so older Macs refused to start jk.
• macOS release binaries are signed with a Developer ID and notarized when the
  release signing secrets are configured. Keychain then keys the token's
  partition to the team ID instead of the build hash, so one "Always Allow"
  survives brew upgrade. The first run of the first signed release asks one
  last time.
