PLEASE READ THE FULL TEXT OF MY PREVIOUS RELEASES BEFORE READING THIS RELEASE NOTES AND BEFORE INSTALLING MY BUILD.

PLEASE READ THE FULL TEXT BELOW OF MY RELEASE NOTES.

Here is some information in regard to this Release:

A) New updated avdvplus R7 estuary "light" skin, special thanks to frodo19. There are new icon/badges updates, so if you are using my original R1 skin please update to this R7 latest skin version.

B) Updated FFmpeg to 8.0.1.

C) Further improved general video and audio sync.

D) Improved screen capture image.

E) Fixed for correct colors when playing AV1 DV Profile 10 for S905X4 SoC.

F) Fixed 3D MVC Video playback for S905X4 SoC. You have to update to Android TV 14 for this to work. For MVC files and not ISOs.

G) Fixed subtitles not showing after changing subtitles.

H) Further ported and aligned code to cpm-code including his work on pts timing.

I) Backported some CoreELEC/Kodi 22 fixes.

J) Ported relevant code from pannal p3i T2a, specially all of the guilib improvements.

K) Other minor improvements and fixes.

If you are having audio/video playback issues when using my build with PlexMod for Kodi (PM4K) please try to completely turn off/disable Alternate Seek in PM4K. If the problem still persists with PM4K then try playing the same video file directly from a smb/nfs share connection or a local usb drive (i.e., not using PM4K). If you still have problems playing the video when using a smb/nfs/local drive then please post the issue on my Builds "Issues" page, if you do not have playback issues using a smb/nfs/local drive then you can try PlexKodiConnect (PKC) that has similar Plex connection capabilities as PM4K - https://github.com/croneter/PlexKodiConnect - You can have both PKC and PM4K installed at the same time and see which one works best for you.

If you are using an AVR/Audio Processor and had adjusted the Audio Delay previously it is recommended that you check it again on your equipment since whatever you had set before could not be the same as with this new build. You can use the video files from https://photojoseph.com/tips/2021/3/30/downloadable-audiovideo-sync-tests-2398-24-25-2997-50-5994 or any other video/audio sync files you prefer to calibrate your equipment.

Besides the Update tar file, I will also start including a New install image file. The new install image file should only be used for a first install. If you already have CE-21 (not CE-22) installed then just used the update tar file. If you are coming from CE-22 then you need to do a new install and make sure to use the correct dovi.ko file.

Thanks again to all of the testers.
