The Services page loads quickly with many services
The Services page and the Overview checked each service's certificate file with two openssl runs per service, even when all of them share one wildcard certificate. With 62 services that was 124 processes and almost 6 seconds before the page appeared on a small machine (#16, thanks @stormbyte).
Each certificate file is now read once, with a single openssl run, and read again only when it changes on disk, after a renewal for example. The days left are still worked out every time. In testing, 62 services went from 600 ms to 10 ms on the first load and 3 ms after; 180 services take 13 ms.
The metrics, the Home Assistant sensors and Apply read certificates the same way, so they are quicker too.
