This snapshot release is for testing purposes and not compatible with Gemini network.
Main changes
- Significant progress towards node sync from DSN (use
--sync-from-dsnCLI flag to opt-in), but more work still left for it to be used by default - System domain retired according to Domains V2 spec (alongside with some more core domains stuff)
- New piece sampling algorithm for plot sectors as defined in the new spec
- Runtime registry from Domains V2 spec implemented
- Archiver performance improved massively when chain consists of tiny blocks
Ubuntu and Windows x86-64 builds
There are two versions:
- skylake: for Intel Skylake/AMD Ryzen processors and newer
- x86-64-v2: for older processors since ~2009 and some old VMs
- older processors/VMs are no longer supported by official releases, but can still be compiled manually if desired
