Autonity Oracle Server v0.1.5 includes the following improvements:

• Configuration, deprecate the configuration of symbol which is no longer used anymore.
• Tool chain, add build task for Bakerloo net in Makefile
• Doc update, set the refresh timer to 3600s in the example of plugin conf
• Doc update, add build examples for DEV net, Piccadilly net and Bakerloo net.
