Autonity Oracle Server v0.1.3 includes the following enhancements:

• It now has the ability to automatically reconnect to the Autonity Blockchain Network if there is a loss of connectivity during runtime.
• The configuration flags and system environment variables have been renamed for better clarity and organization.
• In case of invalid configuration, the server will now provide a usage guide to help users correct their settings.
