This is a feature release for Vouch. Highlights include:
- support for the Capella consensus upgrade
- new version of execution configuration file with more features and easier use
- significant reduction in network connections to Dirk instances
- higher resilience in situations where MEV relays are aberrant or unresponsive
- introduction of full tracing, using opentelemetry to produce OTLP traces

This release is required to enable Vouch to work with chains that have undergone the Capella upgrade. It is recommended for all stakers.
