This is a release candidate of Vouch 1.6.0, introducing support for MEV relays

This release is not for use on mainnet. It should be used on testnets only.

Changes from the last release:

• add blockrelay module providing access to MEV relays
• increased compliance with builder API specification
• allow some elements in execution configuration to be optional
• handle beacon nodes that do not provide DOMAIN_APPLICATION_BUILDER
