1.4.0-rc.3

This prerelease corrects two findings from live RC2 acceptance testing. Install the standard package at the exact candidate version or use its npm next tag. The standard compiler keeps latest at stable 1.3.0.

  • Claude Agent SDK text generation and structured extraction now disable personal/project filesystem settings. Coding-session instructions such as status markers no longer enter wiki pages or answers. Existing Claude login remains available; configure llmwiki explicitly through environment variables and compile --instructions.
  • Page prompts clarify [[target|display text]] alias order. Publication validation still refuses missing targets.
  • Prompt provenance advances to v6; compiling an existing wiki can regenerate older pages.

The compiler and both supporting packages use matching 1.4.0-rc.3 versions. Continue installing llm-wiki-compiler as the supported entry point.

npm install --global llm-wiki-compiler@1.4.0-rc.3
llmwiki --version

A fresh npm installation of the published RC3 passed consumer TypeScript checks and live acceptance using the existing Claude login (Claude Agent SDK 0.3.287). It generated and approved five concept pages, then produced and approved a correct answer with four resolved citations, zero broken citations, and no leaked status markers. All concept pages carry prompt provenance v6. GitHub publication verification passed after a retry for npm registry propagation.

This acceptance run used a synthetic fixture, not broad provider or platform coverage. Semantic embeddings, native Windows, and broader upgrade/recovery scenarios remain outside this run. Lint reported zero errors and two warnings: answer source-line citation coverage and missing embeddings credentials.
