Key Changes

Added support for Alpenglow clusters, fixing a decoding failure on vote accounts migrated to Alpenglow, and added BLS pubkey monitoring through the new solana_validator_bls_pubkey_set metric, so that validators can alert before SIMD-0357 validator admission drops a vote account without a BLS pubkey from the leader schedule.

What's Changed

• Fixed decoding of vote accounts migrated to Alpenglow, whose u64::MAX epochCredits migration marker previously broke -votekey resolution for unstaked validators (@kernelpanic9).
• Added the solana_validator_bls_pubkey_set metric, reporting whether each tracked vote account has a SIMD-0387 BLS pubkey set (@jemiller-jumptrading).
• Added the GetMultipleAccounts RPC helper (@jemiller-jumptrading).
• Rejected duplicate -nodekey and -votekey values at startup. Note that a repeated -nodekey, which previously started fine, now fails config validation (@johnstonematt).
• Rejected a -votekey that is not an existing vote account at startup, instead of silently pairing it with an empty nodekey (@johnstonematt).
