Distribution changes
- On Linux, lld is used to link aarch64, x86-64 and riscv64 builds. Binutils is no longer used when linking these targets.
- Python 3.10 has reached end-of-life and is no longer included in releases. It is also not a build target if run locally.
- The version of pip bundled with ensurepip matches the pip included in the distribution itself (currently 23.2.2) rather than the version included with the CPython source distribution.
- The zlib-ng and zstd license are correctly included with the distribution which include these functionality from these libraries.
