• OpenSSL 3.5.7 -> 3.5.8
• libffi 3.4.6 -> 3.4.8

Distribution changes

• On Linux, static musl builds do not include a shared _testclinic module..
• On Linux, musl builds are built with the same version of libffi as glibc builds, currently 3.4.8.
• Linux artifacts include a GNU build IDs in binaries and shared libraries.

Build system changes

• On Linux and macOS, extensions are configured and built using CPython's standard process 3.12+. The extension-modules.yml file only controls if an extension is disabled and built as a static/shared library.
• The musl and musl-static tarballs are cached independently when building Linux distributions.
