- Switch Windows build to UCRT64 by @tsjensen
This means that the normal Windows binary of boxes will be 64bit from now on. This became necessary because MinGW stopped publishing the 32bit libraries we needed. The source code itself still permits 32bit builds, only the default Windows binary changes. - Improve error message for output file problems by @tsjensen
