Application updates
- Application requires Python 3 or higher to run , Python 2.7 support has been discontinued.

- improved stability of the application , the application should no longer crash when launching

- Increase the default height of OpenGL Limits and framebuffer windows
- Reduced the Vendor Dropdown length in OpenGL Tab
