Changes:
- Added Hebrew localization
- Added monitor name and diagonal size to combobox (Windows only)
- Added ability to include mouse pointer to captured screenshot
- Fixed possible program crash while taking screenshot (now error message will be shown in statusbar or tray icon baloon hint) (issue #79)
- Better crash report window
- Automatic saving crash report to the file bugreport.txt
