Changes:
- Fixed error "Cannot get raw image from device" (issue #35)
- Fixed some errors when trying to run second instance (issue #36)
- Added activation of already running instance
- Hotkeys disabled by default and may be enabled via settings
- Added check for hotkey registration errors with highlight in hotkeys dialog
- Fixed crash on start on some Linux systems
