• Errors deploying spinnaker are now also reported as an event, allowing them to be viewed with kubectl describe spinsvc <name>.
• Validation errors when doing kubectl apply are cleaner in the console, only showing the error text instead of the full json body of the internal kubernetes request.
• Docker validations are done in operator instead of halyard.
