Big changes:

• A new role, macbackups, for setting up Time Machine volumes for Mac backups.
• In the filesystem module, the comment option is now comments.

Bug fixes:

• In TrueNAS CORE, filesystem used to complain about the create_ancestors option even when it wasn't specified in the playbook. No longer.
• Couldn't create a user with a disabled password in SCALE.
• Fixed bug that prevented creating groups in SCALE.
