UI:
- Added a Russian translation (courtesy of Saiv46)
- Added high DPI support (Windows font scaling)
- Applied smooth fonts for Chinese and Japanese to replace the default pixelated ones

Conversion:
- Reworked timing calculations for better accuracy on Chrome. (This includes the removal of the 60ms delay compensation which the converter had since the beginning)
- Implemented a new workaround for formatting changes at line breaks now that YouTube removed rounded corners. No more subtitles that get split in two.
- Added a workaround for the iOS app ignoring certain attributes of the first
