Release notes for v2.2.0-RC1

This release candidate contains two major new features and several bug fixes.

New Features

• EAD3 export - Many thanks to Trevor Thornton of North Carolina State University for the implementation and Noah Huffman of Duke University for the specification work and testing.

• Assessment module - subsidized by Tufts University and developed by Hudson Molonglo. Many thanks to Dan Santamaria and Adrienne Pruitt from Tufts and James Bullen, Payten Giles, and Mark Triggs of Hudson Molonglo for all their work in bringing this functionality to life.
